Three steps, a single progression.
The Leadership Lab is built around a single progression. You set a direction for yourself, then for your team, then for your organisation, and at every stage you practise how you communicate it to the people you lead. This journey to your Leadership Roadmap is made up of three steps.
Focus on how you lead and where you want that to go.
Set expectations, give feedback, and hold the conversations that matter.
Analyse your organsiation and make the case for where you are taking it.
You leave with your roadmap, and the confidence to implement it.
Step 1 helps you understand your style of leadership, before you craft a clear, actionable vision and goals for immediate use.

Together we'll explore what leadership looks like, what styles there are, what you should and should not be doing.

Working from a short diagnostic, you will determine your leadership type which matches your strengths.

You will set a clear long-term leadership direction and vision, and develop concrete, measurable goals.
Step 2 will provide you with strategies for coaching, clear messaging, and feedback tools to set real expectations with your team.

Step 3 focuses on developing your strategy, identifying key stakeholders to persuade, and how to effectively present your case.

Create a defensible, peer-tested organisational strategy with clear goals and priorities.

Understand the impact of a polished, target-specific presentation for high-stakes external speaking engagements.

Deliver a peer-reviewed pitch of your strategy and organisational direction, tailored to a specific audience.
A leadership roadmap unifies your goals, team expectations, and organisational strategy into one cohesive document.

Your roadmap is built on your direction and goals, your team expectations, and your organisational strategy.

Stay connected through the alumni circle and a follow-up session, once the roadmap is operational.
